By accessing or using the MaqAmir platform (including MaqAmir Piano, Synth, Heal, and Educate), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Permitted Use
- • Personal, educational, and commercial music creation.
- • Creating, saving, and sharing original compositions.
- • Connecting authorized third-party integrations.
- • Public performance of music created with our tools.
Prohibited Use
- • Reverse engineering the audio engine or synthesis code.
- • using the service for illegal or malicious activities.
- • Automated scraping or bot access without permission.
- • Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain 100% ownership of the music, compositions, and sound designs you create using MaqAmir. We claim no rights over your artistic output.
Our Platform
The MaqAmir interface, audio engine, branding, and proprietary algorithms (including the Microtonal Synthesis Engine) are the exclusive property of MaqAmir.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MaqAmir (MaqAmir) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
